Prices

Deposit: £100.00 (125 euros) payable on booking to secure a reservation of up to 2 weeks, £50.00 (60 euros) per extra week booked. It will be returned after the end of the rental period, less any charge for breakages, damage etc.
Rental is payable in advance; 6 weeks before the rental period.

Bookings outside the peak season start and finish on any day of the week, with a minimum booking of one week. (Peak season: July/August.)

Charges include: Caretaker (local point of contact for emergencies and cleaning), electricity, mains water supply and gas for the hob.

Linen supplement includes: Cotton sheets and pillowcases, towels and tea cloths – for use in the properties only. Please bring beach towels with you.

Additional supplement for booking The Studio:

Low season: 190.00 euros
High season: 290.00 euros
Linen supplement.
